Karen & Tobi: Wedding

Karen and Tobi were married at the Allied Arts Guild in Menlo Park.  It was such a perfect fall wedding... I love the whole pumpkin theme they had going for them.   Laura from Poppy's Petalworks did such a fantastic job transforming the venue into an octoberfest wonderland :)

This intimate wedding was so full of love and fun.  Is it redundant to constantly talk about how lucky I feel to get to be a part of such fun, love-filled occasions?

Day in the Studio!

A few weeks ago I planned a fabulous Day in the Park Event.

We were supposed to go to the park and set up for the day, serve lemonade, play in the grass and also get in some mini portrait sessions.  San Francisco weather being its finicky self had other plans.  November 20th was cold, and wet, and ended in a thunderstorm!

Luckily, I have a great space with plenty of light and we were able to move the shoot indoors.. I had a blast and here are some of my favorites..

I do plan on hosting another portrait day in the park in the next few months. Hopefully next time the weather will cooperate.  I wonder who I can bribe...
